Being a nerd and somewhat of a Google fan, I feel compelled to point out that their suggestions are (as far as I know) based on tracking how users modify their search queries, i.e. a substantial number of people first searched for white people stealing cars only to then change their query to instead focus on black people. Only because Google's search engines noticed this trend do they offer the suggestion you see.
In other words, I just want to shift any blame, intentional or not, off of Google, because I am a Google fanboy.
